FIRE RE-BUILD ADU

CONCEPT

This Altadena property was unfortunately a victim to the Eaton Fire that destroyed most of Altadena & Pacific Palisades. The property owner whose detached ADU was burnt down as a result, reached out to us to hire us for a Re-Build of a ‘Like for Like’ with up to 10% changes to the original plan. We also designed the previous ADU that was built. That said, we were happy to work with him to get him the permits for construction. Our fees for Re-Builds are more convenient in comparison to standard projects, not affected by the Fires. It took us about 5 months with LA County to get a permit issued, considering the new codes that are enforced in consequence of the Fires. Solar Panels are also included as part of the construction.
